Large first order placed Feb 12th arrived carefully packaged within Ontario Feb 16th, one day after being dispatched. All strands are gorgeous even though the photos are edited to appear slightly more vivid (as is standard among many shops). Fantastic quality as advertised (A, AA, etc), lovely variation between beads, sizes within accepted range. Looking forward to future purchases!

These are just as pictured. The greens are so lovely! And the customer service AMAZING! They went above and beyond to compensate for a mistake I made (I forgot some stuff on my order, and they hustled to add it in to my previous order instead of asking me to make a whole new order).
