Lava beads were packaged with matte & shiny semi precious stones in same bags and scratched or grinded all other of beads. They even took the care to put a strand of lava bead and put it in with others in 10 differents bags !!! Unwaxxed lava beads with a 50 grits sandpaper feel in with pearls or sunstones , amazonites & hematites !!!! Sunstones were grinded, matte hematites scratches all over & shiny one also.

Their response is that it is their normal packaging i't seems that i'm the only one complaining.
